Conditions for individual and group bookings Standard rate:

Individual bookings: At the time of booking, the deposit required is the amount equivalent to 50% of the stay, with a minimum of 1 night. The remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival at the hotel. Group bookings: To confirm the booking, the deposit required is the amount equivalent to 50% of the stay, with a minimum of 1 night. The remaining 50% will be paid 7 days before arrival at the hotel. Non-refundable rate: For non-refundable bookings, whether individual or group, the deposit required to confirm the booking is the amount equivalent to 100% of the stay. The booking will not be deemed confirmed until the hotel has charged the deposit and confirmed it to the customer by email. Check-in 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check out: 07.00h to 12.00h Cots and extra beds Children up to 2 years, cot free of charge Extra bed: see hotel price lists. Maximum number of cots or extra beds per room: 1, depending on the room. Extra beds and cots are available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel. Pets Pets are allowed on request and their acceptance must be confirmed by the hotel. Please consult additional supplement for pets. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of credit cards before the arrival date. Cancellation policy: In case you need to cancel your reservation, please always do so in writing, notifying us by email. The cancellation fees that will apply are: Standard rate: Individual reservations: If the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance, the amount will be refunded in full, unless you wish to apply it to a future reservation. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your arrival date, you will lose the amount paid in advance, with a minimum of 1 night. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your arrival date or if you do not show up (no show), you will be charged for the full stay. Group reservations: Amounts paid as deposits are always considered non-refundable. Therefore, cancellation fees are equivalent to the deposits paid. If the client wishes to leave before the scheduled departure date, the penalty is equivalent to the total stay. The client must notify the hotel in writing of any arrival after 10 pm on the day of arrival. Note: a reservation may be considered "no show" (the client does not show up) if the client, without prior notice, shows up after 10 pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
