Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance, the amount will be refunded in full, unless you want to apply it to a future booking. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance, the advance amount is lost, with a minimum of one night. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance of the arrival date or does not appear (no show), the total stay will be charged.

Group bookings: Amounts paid as deposits are always considered non-refundable. Therefore, cancellation fees are equivalent to the deposits paid. In the event that the client wishes to leave before the scheduled departure date, the penalty is equivalent to the total stay. The client must reliably notify the hotel of any arrival after 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Warning: a reservation may be considered a "no show" (the client does not show up) if the client, without prior notice, shows up after 10:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival.
